Also was approached by a JPN 101 student who is considering dropping out - Nooooo! I wonder how she recognized me?! And she even remembered my name? I am impressed. Unless it was the Hello Kitty bag and jingling omamori that caught her attention? Hmm...
I did a lot of work today and I am pleased. I hope my paper can be edited and printed off tonight. It'd make me feel a lot better. I dunno how I will manage when I have papers every week...Papers take me hours and hours to do.
Been thinking about updating my Yukio-story...but haven't had time. Sadly, I haven't had time or energy left to devote to CW (Morse Code). And I missed the Civil War club meeting tonight. Man, where do people find time these days?
You know what else is sad?
I have a terrible memory. I can't remember a lot about my time in Japan...and Croatia has all but disappeared from my mind. I have no memories of my childhood before I was 11... Is this natural? Anyway, I don't have time to be all nostalgic about the past like I used to be. At the same time, worrying about the future is not too productive, so it'll have to be Zen "in the moment!" And I have been trying and it's been a lot of fun! Zen people do some things right ^_~
For all of you going to Japan - Treasure everyday! Keep a diary!! Don't forget what it is like to be there!!! Even the bad days are unique and memorable in some way... :) Take photos, too! Lots of them ^_^ You won't regret it if you do.
