With nothing else in particular to do this afternoon, I decided to take photos of my hats...

I bought this one at an antique shop in Williamsport, PA in 2008. I got this one for Christmas this past year.

I got this hat for Christmas, too. It came from Niagara-on-the-Lake, Canada. I got this hat in Japan in 2005. It was on display and has no tags, so I still don't know what it's called or where it was made.

This hat is a lot of fun, but I don't find many occasions to wear it. I've had this beret for years. I wore it in a middle school play in 8th grade.

The wave motif on this knit hat reminded me of Crete, so I had to pick this one up today at Eastern Market. This is my trusty old wool kepi from Gettysburg, fall of 2005.

This is the hat that I wear as a volunteer on the schooner. My Greek fisherman cap, which I've had since the late 1990's.

Ahoy! I am ready to set sail, sir! I never sleep on watch, no, sir...

"Wave over wave, sea over bow, I'm as happy a [wo]man as the sea will allow." -Wave over Wave Sing along!
Where is that mandolin?
