I was comparing a couple similar verses this evening out of curiosity...

My son, give me your heart
and let your eyes keep to my ways, (Proverbs 23:26)

Then one of the scribes came, and having heard them reasoning together, perceiving that He had answered them well, asked Him, “Which is the first commandment of all?”
Jesus answered him, “The first of all the commandments is: ‘Hear, O Israel, the LORD our God, the LORD is one. And you shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.’ This is the first commandment. And the second, like it, is this: ‘You shall love your neighbor as yourself.’ There is no other commandment greater than these.” (Mark 12:28-31)

Love the LORD your God
with all your heart
and with all your soul
and with all your strength. (Deut 6:5)

to fear the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to love him, to serve the LORD your God with all your heart and with all your soul, (Deut 10:12)
to love the LORD your God, to walk in all his ways, to obey his commands, to hold fast to him and to serve him with all your heart and all your soul. (Joshua 22:5)

...to love the LORD your God and to serve him with all your heart and with all your soul... (Deut 11:13)
...love him with all your heart and with all your soul... (Deut 13:3, 30:6)
