"'Know therefore and understand,
That from the going forth of the command
To restore and build Jerusalem
Until Messiah the Prince,
There shall be seven weeks and sixty-two weeks;
The street shall be built again, and the wall,
Even in troublesome times."
This promise says that the Savior would come in 483 years (49 days and 434 days) from the time when the command is given to restore and build Jerusalem. Wikipedia says that Nehemiah returned to Jerusalem with permission to rebuild the city of Jerusalem in 445/444 BC. 483 years from 445/444 BC brings us to the 30's AD. Jesus began his earthly ministry when he was about 30 years old and was crucified about three years later.
People have done a lot of research into the details of this, but I think this much alone offers a pretty strong argument!
