What do I do when I need to take it easy?

-sleep till noon
-listen to calm folk music, like Sarah Harmer
-look out the window and watch the trees swaying in the breeze
-drink hot tea or a milkshake
-explore new Hebrew vocabulary or read a new Psalm
-read a short autobiography leisurely without taking notes
-pray in no hurry
-ignore email, ignore chores, ignore plans
-remember times of blessing
-dream and commit these dreams to the Lord
-soak in the sunshine that rains in the window
