My cough has been hanging on for over a week now. Yesterday my coworker commented on this and recommended an herbal supplement. So, after work I headed to the organic market. While I was there, I also explored the herbal tea section. I picked up a few different teas to try. I'm curious to see if herbal teas might prove to be helpful in improving my health and mood. Since my cough is pretty deep and a bit beyond the scope of cough drops, I'm trying to find other ways to reach it and sooth it. Tonight for dinner I'm planning to make veggie and chicken stew. That should help, too.
This morning, I made my first cup of Breathe Deep tea. Tastes like licorice!
