Last night I cooked garlic-cilantro-and-lime chicken with rice and veggies for my house. My roommates and I take turns cooking for one another and yesterday was my day to cook. I finally organized my recipe album and hope to try some new things this month. Maybe I will make some mini-cheesecakes for dessert one day!
